Compared to men, women go through a period when they stop producing eggs. This can impact their hormones. Not to mention breast cancer. I've been told that one in 20 people worldwide will experience breast cancer.
In fact, as many as 670,000 people are reported to have died from breast cancer. The most vulnerable are women aged 40 and over. Based on this data, we need to take care of our bodies. Women must love their bodies by taking good care of them.
Provide the best nutrition for our bodies. Provide healthy food, adequate exercise, and adequate sleep. Adequate sleep, especially at night, helps maintain cell regeneration in the body. The most important thing is regular check-ups.
One thing I want to share. For me, this is part of taking care of my body. I started fasting with David and intermittent fasting. At the same time, I also avoided packaged drinks and sugar. As a result, I'm not only slim but also healthy. However, I need to control myself to avoid stress.
Love our bodies, just as we love others. Give them the best. This is often forgotten. We give great love to others but not to ourselves. That's all I can share. What do you think? Is it the same as mine?
