I really like Falcón state because it has everything and you just have to choose the type of adventure you want to have. Not only does it have aphrodisiac beaches and the Medanos de Coro sand dunes, but also the beautiful Sierra de San Luis with enchanted forests, within the Crisostomo Falcón National Park, there is a natural attraction that leaves anyone breathless: the Hueque Waterfalls.
This destination had been on my list of places to visit for some time, so I was eager to discover this natural treasure. There are three waterfalls that belong to the Hueque Falls. Once we entered the forest and climbed the mountains, we found the first one, which is difficult to access and can only be seen from a few meters away. It is not recommended to swim in it as it is not very safe.
The second waterfall was much higher than the first and, unlike the first, had a natural pool formed by the rocks carried by the same stream of water. Some of the young people who were there could be heard in a complete uproar as they took a bath.
We were looking for the main waterfall, or third waterfall, the largest of them all. To get there, you have to cross a bridge that makes it easier to pass over some rocks. Some families were relaxing and bathing, sitting on the huge rocks. The water flow did not look very strong, but it sounded like music to the ears.
We spent a while deciding whether to bathe or not, but after a few minutes we ended up taking a nice, relaxing dip under one of the Hueque Falls. The water is crystal clear and very cold, but it feels so good to be there. It's like a divine gift from nature. The water from the Hueque River flows from this waterfall, which originates in this area and flows into the other two I mentioned earlier. It's a very attractive place.
Then it was time to return to the city of Coro, with bittersweet feelings about having to leave but with a happy heart because my traveling soul's wish had been fulfilled.
I want to say goodbye with this excerpt. Although I don't know the author, I want to share it with you. It says: "Rivers are the soul of the earth, flowing through mountains and valleys, nourishing everything they touch." These words touch every fiber of my being because of how true they are.

Me gusta mucho el estado Falcón porque es un estado que lo tiene todo y solo debes elegir el tipo de aventura que quieras tener, no solo posee afrodisíacas playas y los Medanos de Coro sino también la hermosa Sierra de San Luis con bosques encantados, dentro del Parque Nacional Crisostomo Falcón se encuentran ubicado un atractivo natural que a cualquiera deja sin aliento como lo son las Cataratas del Hueque.
Este destino, se encontraba en mis sitios pendientes por visitar desde hace un tiempo, así que moría de ganas por conocer éste tesoro natural, en total son tres las caídas de agua que pertenecen a las Cataratas del Hueque, una vez que entramos en el bosque y vamos subiendo las montañas, nos encontramos con la primera es de difícil acceso y solo puede verse desde unos cuantos metros, tampoco es recomendable tomar un baño en ella ya que no es tan seguro.
La segunda caída del agua, se encontraba mucho más arriba que la anterior y a diferencia de aquella posee como un pozo natural formado por las rocas que arrastran la misma corriente de agua, podían escucharse algunos de los jóvenes que se encontraban ahí en una completa algarabía mientras tomaban un baño.
Nosotros íbamos en busca de la caída principal o tercera caída, la más grande todas, para acceder a ella hay que pasar un puente que facilita el paso por algunas rocas, algunas familias estaban tomando un baño muy relajados sentados en las enormes rocas, la corriente de agua no se veía tan caudaloso, pero si que se escuchaba como música para los oídos.
Estuvimos un rato decidiendo si bañarnos o no, después de unos minutos terminamos tomando un buen y relajante baño debajo de una de la Cataratas del Hueque, su agua es cristalina y su temperatura muy fría pero que rico se siente estar ahí, es como un divino regalo de la naturaleza, desde esta cascada fluye el agua del río Hueque que nace en esta zona y va hacía las otras dos, a las cuales les hice mención anteriormente, es un espacio bastante atractivo.
Después llegó el momento de regresar a al ciudad de Coro, con una sensación agridulce por tener que partir pero con el corazón contento por un deseo cumplido de mi alma viajera.
Quiero despedirme con este fragmento, aunque desconozco el autor quiero compartirlo con ustedes y dice: "Los ríos son el alma de la tierra, fluyen a través de las montañas y valles, nutriendo todo lo que tocan", son palabras que tocan cada fibra de mis ser, porque cuanta certeza existe en ellas.
