Another way to stay consistent is to set short term goals. Short term goals are things we want to do in the near future. The future can be any moment from now, next hour, today or next week. Short term goals are the activities we do regularly that lead us to achieving a bigger goal/ dream in life. For example, a sprinter who has set a goal of winning a medal needs short term goals of daily exercise, regular practice, and good diet. All these short term goals if set and attain will lead him/ her to achieving the bigger goal of winning a medal.
Set short term goal. Put them down on writing and see how consistent you will become towards achieving your bigger goals.
