We've been in Ubud for a few days now and we're finally getting our bearings in the village. There are so many little pathways and alleys that it's so easy to get turned around and a bit lost. Fortunately Ubud is a great place to get lost as there are beautiful and interesting things everywhere.
Justin and I wandered around the rice paddys, looking for a breezy place to grab a bite to eat, and stumbled across Paddy Point, a small family run restaurant at the end of Penestanan Village. We had some rendang (a ginger/garlic/coconut milk marinated beef dish with rice) and nasi goreng (noodle dish with vegetables), and both were fantastic. Here's some snaps from lunch and the sites on our walk to get there.
