Greetings all foodies, this is my first entry for Steemit Iron Chef

This is very simple and delitions recipe

Ingredients:

We start just with the eggplant with some extra virgin olive oil and pink himalayan salt. After 30 min in oven it looks like this:

Then we add pink tomato and cook another 10 min

Another 5 min with white fetta cheese and garlick:

Decorated with fresh basil and parsley:
