Wide legged forward fold come in 4 different variations... The different is only where you place your hands this is some of the benefits you will get from doing this pose regularly
-strengthens the hamstrings, calves, hips, low back, and spine.
-The various arm positions stretch your shoulders, wrists, forearms, and upper back.
-Use your bhandas always... Push down with your foots, lift your kneed cap and activate you
thighs.
-Use your abdomen strength to pull you down.
-grab you toes and pull
-lengthening you spine...
