Salutations divine spirits, star seeds, twin flames, spirit warriors, beautiful bags of mostly water. Welcome to another hump day from paradise. It’s Wednesday, hump day, middle of the week day, no time to freak day. It’s Wellness Wednesday.
Everyone wants a “Simpsons.” A long-running sustainable, mythical TV franchise that three generation can talk about over Door Dash dinners.
“That Marge, she never seems to age.”
What your humble vagabond has noticed over the decades of being a television addict, critical observer, cynic, & propagandologist, is that every long-running series, especially in the latter days of the last century has a character that repeats the series slogan that anchors the series in your mind. For ever.
“Kiss my grits.”
“Don’t have a cow man.”
“Holy propaganda, Batman.”
“What the deuce!?”
“Baby, you’re the greatest.”
“Whatchu talkin’ bout Willis?”
I’m sure you can think of many others.
There are not just thematic one-liners, there are also body language cues.
It would be extreme to characterize the way the herd apes these actions and repeats these lines as “tragic,” but they are very enlightening. It’s like code.
I might end a story I’m telling with, “Am I lyin’?”
And someone will say, almost as a reflex, “No, you’re quite right.”
It seems organic to the uninitiated, but it’s not. It’s programming. We know who “we” are, and who is not “us” through these cultural cues.
Drop any Taylor Swift song lyrics on these ears, and you will get a blank stare. “That does not compute.” That’s your cue to start ‘splainin’, or just walk away.
We do this in the Full Metal Ox series. We know what we’re doing and we know the power the program, so we keep it positive. We end most of, what I call, “mixtros” now, with our super hero yell, “Humanity for the Win.” But you don’t hear humans departing each others company with that slogan. It’s not on t-shirts, or the sides of buses, and there are no flags hanging in classrooms across America.
Maybe there should be something comparable to the “pledge of allegiance.”
Our daily affirmations go something like the following.
“No panic. No fear, in Abundance Year.
No hurting hearts. No manic panic. No chronic chaos in the cranium.
The Cosmocracy’s got your back.
Humanity, for the win.”
The Full Metal Ox, is truly rooting for the herd. Even the sheeple that piss us off with their narrow-minded ignorance and stupidity. They might die ignorant, because of ignorance. Or, they may spend a long life becoming less and less ignorant. There are many options on this realm.
Pick your passion. Avoid your poison. “Avoidance is an art.”
Speaking of “mixtros” we’ve been posting these clips on Substack. If you want to keep me “honest,” (like, is this guy talkin’ shit, or what?” Check ‘em out. They are less than a minute and will boost your spirit any time of the day or night.
There’s also the comic-strip series. It’s not “The Simpsons,” but the storyline, based on real life, by the way, is perpetual. I don’t know that there are any, “catch phrases” in there, or “predictive programming,” but the two minute read might put a smile on your face, or an idea in your mind.
And with that, here’s our daily mantra.
Stay safe, stay sane, stay strong, stay savvy, stay serene, stay sovereign, stay subscribed.

Desperate and Afraid
Confessions of a scribbling Vagabond.
Confession Number One: Your humble scribe is biased towards America. Note, “towards” does not mean, “in favor of.” I was born here. It’s my turf. But that doesn’t mean, I agree, and blindly support the policies of this system, at home, or abroad. The Supremacy system has stifled this grand experiment, this “New Atlantis,” and allowed it to be infiltrated, occupied, manipulated and controlled, by interests that don’t have this nation’s national interests at heart or in mind.
Confession Number Two: I don’t really “Know” anything. I may write, “we know,” from time to time. But really I don’t. There are a handful of “thinks” that I know, but most of them have to do with math and divine truth. If you don’t know the divine laws of truth, you should watch our Full Metal Ox series.
These are probably the only relevant confessions for today’s exploration. “Everything” that follows can be classified as suspicion, observation and assembling my seven dimensional puzzle to get a clearer image of geopolitics based on the puzzle pieces provided.
Experts have determined that this human herd must be entertained. The first time I explored the meaning of this word, the dictionary mentioned, “distraction.” These days, we prefer to dive into etymology. Let’s learn what the creators of the word had in mind.
From Old French entretenir (12th century), meaning "to hold together, maintain, keep in a certain condition."
Breakdown: Entre- ("among, between") + -tenir ("to hold," from Latin tenere). So literally: "to hold between" or "to hold mutually."
The herd must be held together in a certain state, until it can be led to the barber, sheered of its wool, and eventually slaughtered for its internal resources.
When the flock is attending a theater event, a podcast, or a sports contest, even if it’s being broadcast on mega-screens in a bar or tavern, (even if it’s a pickle-ball tournament), the objective is the same. Hold steady. Maintain. And while you’re being held, by the entertainers, have another round of brewskis.
The point is, don’t move. Do not advance. Do not improve. And do not threaten the status quo.
“Please remain seated until the system comes to complete stop. Your compliance is mandatory.”
With all due bias, “America is the place to be these days.” Especially if you landed on this realm with the intention of witnessing the collapse of one of the most arrogant civilizations to deface the planet. It’s not surprising, in retrospect. Given the mythology of Europe, the behavior of its inhabitants, their collective hubris, and a “clean slate” in the new world, our trajectory is not surprising at all. Indeed we speculate that if individual humans could manage to squeeze a few more centuries into a lifetime, we might be able to improve the quality of this realm. As it is now, the records of heinous crimes perpetrated over the past millennia are simply burned, buried, or denied as heresy, or dismissed as mythology, or flat-out lies.
All, or most bias aside though, it might well be fascinating to be in the UK, France, Italy, or Germany, as those economies and cultures seem to be deteriorating. The immigrants are being blamed of course, however we suspect the real culprit is the EU Commission. The EU is the new USSR, and it looks like it’s headed in the same direction towards the same fate.
It may also be exciting to be in Iran. It looks to our curious eyes that Iran is growing into a major regional power on the planet. Maybe not a super power. But maybe in the next decade. What are the characteristics of a “super power” in this century?
“The generally accepted definition of a superpower is a state that possesses such overwhelming military, economic, technological, diplomatic, and cultural capacity that it can project power and influence globally, not just regionally, and is largely able to act independently of other states while shaping the international order according to its interests.” Of course this was written by Americans, for Americans, about America after World War 2 and was never intended to apply to any other country.
Now that we know, maybe the leadership of Iran doesn’t have such aspirations. What we hear from those who allegedly speak for Iran, is “just leave us be.” Indeed maybe the Iranian definition of “Super Power” will be something like, “the ability to resist the interference, threats, bombs, manipulation, infestation, and conquest of Colonial powers that wish to strip a nation of its sovereignty, resources and dignity.” Let’s see if we can pull this off.
China might be a good place to be these days. If your family has been, “raised out of poverty” over the past fifty-plus years. I literally cannot imagine. We hear about people whose great-grandparents were serfs, or peasants in the “Old Country.” We would guess that it’s like the GI Generation in America, who left their farms, actually survived the war and returned home to make too many babies and live in prefabricated cookie-cutter homes, ironically, built on parcels of former farmland. There’s an uncomfortable adjustment where you never quite leave the dirt-farm mentality, or the combat trauma, that your children will never know, or understand. A generation-gap is inevitable. But China, I hear is a much more disciplined society. A country with a majority middle-class. Sounds familiar.
We decided this year, that we are going to free our mind from mental slavery. What does that mean, beyond lifting John Marley lyrics. It means we are taking a deep honest look at what White Supremacy is, what it means, how it’s been infused into our senses, our perception and how it manifests in our behavior. Simultaneously we are searching for a new paradigm. It’s not as easy as it seems. It’s a very conscious effort. It’s an individual effort. It’s not something that requires therapy, although I would not be surprised if some White Supremacy Anonymous meetings start arising in the next few years.
What would those meetings look like? Who would run them? A self-hating White Woman named Karen? A White hating Black man named Kareem?
Maybe we’ll leave these questions for another time.
Where’s the best place to be these days? Exactly where you are. If you are in any of the locations previously mentioned, or you’re just dancing for tourists at ports in the Caribbean, (lucky you), you are where you’re supposed to be. If you’re not doing what you feel, let those feelings come into you and guide you to your dharma.
