Привіт! Серія “Стародавні міста України” у серпні 2017 року поповнилася монетою Давня Галич. В цю серію входить понад 30 монет, деякі з них виготовлені зі срібла.
Пам'ятна монета масою 16.54 має діаметр 35 мм. Загальний тираж склав 40 тисяч штук. Метал — нейзильбер.
Монета присвячена Національному заповіднику з однойменною назвою. Площа історичного комплексу Давній Галич складає близько 80 мільйонів квадратних метрів. Згідно з нормативними документами статус заповідника отримав у 1994 році.
Фінансовий регулятор встановив у 2017 році стартову ціну на рівні 43 гривні за монету. У 2023 на ринку монета коштує близько 200-250 гривень. Обидві світлини монети Давній Галич, нейзильбер, номінал 5 гривень, 2017 рік використано зі сторінки національного фінансового регулятора України.
Реверс. Основну частину реверсу займає зображення верхи на коні короля Русі Данила Галицького. За ним видно старовинне місто. У верхній частині викарбувано назву монети та Герб міста Галич.
Лицьова сторона. Центральну частину монети займає елемент керамічної плитки 12 століття. У правій частині внизу нанесено рік введення монети в обіг, а поруч лого монетного двору. Номінал (5 гривень) викарбувано вертикально зліва від фрагмента кераміки. Герб та напис Україна нанесено вище від центрального зображення (плитки). Виріб має рифлений гурт.

Hello! In August 2017, the "Ancient Cities of Ukraine" series was replenished with the Davnia Halych coin. This series includes more than 30 coins, some of them are made of silver.
The commemorative coin weighs 16.54 and has a diameter of 35 mm. The total circulation was 40,000 pieces. The metal is nickel silver.
The coin is dedicated to the National Reserve with the same name. The area of the Davnii Halych historical complex is about 80 million square meters. According to regulatory documents, it received the status of a reserve in 1994.
In 2017, the financial regulator set the starting price at 43 hryvnias per coin. In 2023, the coin is worth about 200-250 hryvnias on the market. Both photos of the Davnii Halych coin, nickel silver, face value of 5 hryvnias, 2017 were used from the page of the national financial regulator of Ukraine.
Reverse. The main part of the reverse is occupied by the image of Danylo Halytskyi, the king of Russia, riding on a horse. The ancient city can be seen behind it. The name of the coin and the Coat of Arms of the city of Halych are engraved in the upper part.
Front side. The central part of the coin is occupied by a ceramic tile element of the 12th century. In the lower right part, the year of introduction of the coin into circulation is printed, and next to it is the logo of the mint. The denomination (5 hryvnias) is engraved vertically to the left of the ceramic fragment. The coat of arms and the inscription Ukraine are applied above the central image (tile). The product has a ribbed band.
