Pumpkins also provide the body with essential micronutrients such as vitamin E, thiamin, niacin, vitamin B6, folate, iron, magnesium, and phosphorus also are present. Pumpkins also present a significant amount of vitamin A critical for vision, healthy skin, and brain function.
