Yesterday myself,
and another friend, Vanessa went for hiking after work, at Kopungit Hill near to our working place. I had planned to follow them since last time, but there is always an unfinished work or need to go back early and sometime it due to rain. As it was Friday, I take a little time to exercise. We reached there at about 5.15pm. There were so many people. Some already going down, some has just arrived.

We reached there at about 5.15pm. There were so many people. Some already going down, some has just arrived.
We started the hike at 5.30pm. I really impress with the trail they prepared. I wonder who has done all this. The trail is very challenging. Really good for cardiovascular fitness. As this is my first time hiking after such a long time ago, I need to learn how to walk down the hill. With a good technique, we can easily walk down easily and confident.
So how Steemian, quite challenging right, but maybe for a beginner haha... I saw some people who passes through us, they run down and up the hill easily. I guess the already mastered the trail and I think it is not challenging to them already 😅.
We forgot to take wifie of us as going for a second round. One of our friends has just arrived, and she's not familiar with the trail yet. So Vanessa and me straight down the hill and went back home.
