The ideas range from hilarious to sinister, and sometimes the only common thread is that they're all done on money... But I draw to keep sane in the brain, so everything after that is just a bonus...
The acoustic song that accompanies, 'If God Were An Atheist' was part of a one-day songwriting contest workshop which I took part in... The goal was to write and record 20 songs in one day... I only made it to 18, so hurray for failure? But I got several gems out of the deal... This song was pretty much written while playing it, and I say some super hilarious things... I was couchsurfing at the time, which probably added to my sense of irony...
I am getting a little discouraged with this steemit platform... I have mentioned before, how I was born without the marketing gene... How all I really understand is to express my voice in unique ways that help me grow... I have high-functioning autism, which means I am crappy at social interaction, basically the only factor which could hope to bring me out of obscurity and ten cent payouts...
What's a dude to do? I mean, I would rather post my stuff here than on zuckerbook, but it sucks when I see someone with a pretty face and no substance getting a consistent $50 payout for posting a photo with no source or a video they didn't produce... LOL, I should stop complaining and go make some art... OMG!!
I suppose the above rant was a plea for you to help me care about this place...
