OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 2206th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

This one, is lovely, too. But I don't know what it's called. I was told it's a type of wild rose. I'm thinking it's a dog rose, but I'm not seeing any rose hips yet. Maybe I should wait and see.

Sometimes memories aren’t limited to a specific moment in our history, but rather encompass an entire era, one marked by common elements and a thread that leads us by the hand to the reality of our present. Often, these are memories tinged with nostalgia and sadness, but in other cases, they are vivid memories where joy and love shine like a full moon on a clear night.

Recently it began having some pest issues, and I made the decision to make it and indoor tree. For the last several months it has been living in my parlor with lots of sun exposure and producing lemons like crazy! Had it not been planted by my father, it surely would have been just planted in the ground long ago, but this one is special to me.

The recent Sunday was a fun one for me. I achieved one of my goals for 2026 and also enjoyed it so much, I am hoping to make it a regular thing, maybe not weekly, but 2–3 times a month (weather-dependent). This is also helping my weight loss.

There are dates that are not celebrated, but rather felt. They are experienced like a memory that lives in the body, like a story that did not begin with us, but continues with every step we take. Women’s Month is one of those moments when time seems to pause for an instant, inviting us to look inward and also backward, and to recognize how far we have come.

Watching the trailer is a good decision because two of my favorite actors are featured in this movie-Bill Nighy and Jason Statham. They are actors that I would hate to miss their films. One thing I've noticed is that Bill Nighy is always a worthy villain/antagonist. So putting these two actors together in a film is worth watching.

When it comes to old phones, cameras, DVD players, amplifiers, music systems, in our house there is a rule that all of it is kept and never thrown out, not even considered for the trash. And I really like that, because I also sometimes go through all those things and, out of nostalgia, press all the buttons again, remembering how I used to do it as a kid, just to hear that loud "click" sound when you press one button and another one pops out. The same with cassette players, the same with changing speed on a turntable when switching from a single to an LP and back. But this time, this collector-style blog is focused on a bit "smaller" devices.
