The future of social media will have blockchain model like Steemit. Tomorrow there won't be a facebook or G+, it will be replaced with drivers like Steemit. It surprises me still how few people know about Steemit, but I guess its still the early part of the trend. Twitter might be savvy enough to adopt something similar, as Steemit isn't quite the 140 Char type. But I can see nearly every other social media type venture following this track.
