I check the prices of Steem and SBD often since I trade my Steem to SBD on the Internal Market (on my Steemit Wallet) to make an extra 5-10 % every now and then. Lately it is the only way I make some extra Steem. I trade my Steem for SBD when Steem spikes then I use my SBD to buy Steem when SBD spikes. … it happens a few times a month. I will get to 1 Million Steem trading within my Steemit Wallet … no fees ever.
