Fear God:
The fear of God is the beginning of knowledge but fools despise wisdom and instructions. proverbs 1 vs 7
Every Human is assigned to fear the Lord, who is our creator and the maker of all. We are all created in the image of God and we should all listen to his instruction so that our way should be prosperous and great in life.
In the book of proverbs the fear of God is identify as the beginning of wisdom and knowledge. Those who fear God are bless with wisdom and understanding of shunning evil more over there life will be prosperous.
It is our duty to fear the Lord and keep his commandments. Ecclesiastes 12 vs 13 says; Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter Fear God and keep his commandments for this is the whole duty of man.
Those who refused to keep the commandments of God are refusing to do there duty. When an individual fear the Lord he or she is the foundation of life, the fear of God will grant to you answers to your prayers and solutions to your problems.
Those who fear the Lord receive the mercy of God, the mercy of God will keep you and protect you from harm. Without the mercy of God you can't become great, the power of becoming great is in the hand of God, when you fear God you will receive mercy and that will open the doors of greatness and prosperities to you.
Those who fear the lacks nothing [psalms 34vs9], every one have unlimited needs, wants and desires which makes things complicated sometimes but the fear of the Lord is ready to make all things sufficient and even more than enough, those who keep the commandments of God and fear him will lack nothing good in life.
The fear of the Lord is to hate evil, give victory to the victorious, provide for the needy, to bless the poor with more than enough riches.
What does it mean to fear the Lord ?
To fear the lord means to keep the commandments of God. To study the word of the Lord and do according to all that is written in it and then shall thy way be prosperous. The fear of the Lord means to hold tight to the commandments of God, interceding for others and sharing the word of truth and new life to those who don't know about it.
The fear of God is the total submission to God, it means to leave sin and join christ. In other way the fear of God means to do things that is upright and to live a righteous life.
