If your mind wanders with many thoughts, chant by repeating a word or phrase over and over that you would like more of in your life such as "Love and Gratitude". Affirm the positive and identify with the greatness inside of you with the magic words "I AM" followed by what you would like more of such as "I AM Love".
Keep you spine straight, and connect your legs by sitting cross legged or in half lotus. Connect your hand with a comfortable hand position and imagine connecting your electrical current.
