Well here we have avocado which i like its soft and very good for the heart because of the healthy fats very high in monounsaturated which helps with reducing the bad cholesterol plus very high in potassium which helps with reducing sodiumi the body,i myself like to put avocado on some toast.Well now we come to tomatoes which as we know are very good for the heart,they have a high amount of potassium and the antioxidant lycopene that helps to rid the body of bad cholesterol,now the best way to benefit the most from tomatoes is to cook them.
