Hi Steemians!
It seems my muse was on vacation these recent months ππ. She rested well and returned to me to create something new.
For the whole process of creating a vase, I spent about 6 hours. At first, I painted the vase in a matte black color, then applied a layer of varnish and covered with another layer of paint.
I had to wait 20 minutes until the vase dried up.
Now the most interesting thing begins - the vase ornament.
Step by step i add crystals to the ornament and decorate with "dots of paint." This style is called pointilism and is characterized by the failure of the physical mixing of colors for the sake of the optical effect.
I love experimenting with different techniques.
Only so you can find out what suits you the most. The only thing I do not like is a watercolor. I don't know why, but it's not my style at all.
I tried to make a video while i'm painting but to be honest it was very hard. I guess i need to get some tripod to lock the camera.
I hope you enjoyed my inspiration mood:) One more vase is comming soonππ
Best wishes,
Olga:)
