If the plan involves reduction of fatty food, carbohydrates and sweetened foods,etc, then stick with the program.
If the program involves walking some distance and burning those fat, then take your chances and do without looking back
If the program involves you not being depressed then stay with people who make you happy,do things that make you relaxed.
There are various types of slim tea out there,my believe is this, live a healthy lifestyle, but importantly is what goes into the body
Avoid the use of drugs, it has a long term effect depending on the type of drug .
Even if you do all that is required to make you loose weight,and you still live an unhealthy lifestyle,its like moving from pillar to post.
