The importance of food to the body is one that should not be overlooked and most importantly a good food.
It is not just good enough to eat but it is essential to make it a good one.
Due to circumstances, some people have been made to solely rely on whatsoever comes their way and some others due to ignorance have been made to eat whatever they get to eat.

It is necessary that we take our focus off the quantity of food and begin to think towards the direction of proper feeding which deals with quality. Take into consideration whatever you consume because in a way, it describes your appearance.
I once heard a story of a young lady who spent all that she had on her looks, buying more bags, shoes, jewelries as the day go by and she will at the end of the day result into taking garri.
Her friends tried talking to her but she decided to keep making herself more beautiful and she cared less about her stomach. One faithful day while she was in a public gathering, she fell and was rushed to the hospital, at the end of the day, she had to sell all her bags and jewelries to keep her life and it took a very slight chance for her life not to loose her life and hence she learnt the hard way.
So, in order not to learn the hard way, make amends now and begin to take care of the food you take into your body.
Another problem comes with unsafe and unprocessed foods, make sure that the type of food you consume are edible and processed food that are good and healthy for the body system.
