This is the question that most of us don't understand, yes we all know what prayer is, but the question here is "the proper way to pray".
Prayer is the way we communicate with our maker and made known our intentions to him. It draws us closer to God. When we are asking God things beyond the comprehension and beyond the power of man to do, that's the meaning of prayer.
Apostle Paul says in the holy bible: Phillipians 1:6
Have no anxiety about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your request be made known to God.
Apostle Paul is telling us in the above bible verse that in any situation we find ourselves, both in good or bad situations, we should always pray to God. Most christians only pray when they are suffering, sick, or in danger, but the bible teaches us to always pray without ceasing. Both in good and bad situations, we should always pray with faith because prayer without faith is vain.
As christians, we should always pray in a proper way by praying without ceasing and believing that God will grant our requests.
