Oh! Life.
Just when you think you understand some things, life has a way of turning what you understand down. In my little journey in life, i have noticed so many about life.
Life will not give you what you deserve, but what you demand. - Rev. Gbeminiyi Eboda.
Life will either bless you or bury you. It is not what others say about you that matters, it is what you say to yourself when they are done talking. When people put you down, know that the battle isn't with you, but with their mind. Don't take it to heart too personally.
I am reminded of what an elder stateman once said to Mr. Alex when Mr. Alex saw his party memembers mixing and laughing with the supposedly 'opposition party'. He blurted out and said; 'We are not supposed to be mixing and laughing with them! They are our enemies'. The elder stateman called him and said, 'Our opponents are simply our opposition, but the real enemy lie in the party'.
Often time in life, we judge people too quickly. Most times we fail to see those who have been hurting because we are focused too much on our own hurts thinking no one else hurt as much as we do.
We can be seated next to a broken person and we wouldn't even know it.
Life is nothing but like a walking shadow. A poor player who strut and fret his hour upon the stage and is heard no more, is like a tale, told by idiots, full of sound of fury, signifying nothing. - Shakespeare.
Don't take life too serious, you can never get out of it alive. Life is never meant to be a struggle but selfishness and greed crept right in and made us all focus too much on ourselves and ignore the tiny details. The person with the hammer always think every problem can be solved by it. When we hurt, we always feel we are the only one hurting.
The major thing about life is sacrifice. We are all hurting, yes. We all need help, yes. We all want to be better, yes. We all allow our human tendencies to take over sometimes, yes, but in the midst of all that hurt and tears, let us lend a relief hand unto someone even if we are still hurting and we haven't really figured out things for ourselves because in helping others, that might be where the key is to our own relief.
Helping is not really helping until you help someone who might never be able to repay you.
The real sacrifice is in lending a support for a friend or anyone while you are still trying to figure out your own issues. If it was easy, anyone would have done it. In the land of extra miles and sacrifices, there are no queues since only few people ever take that path.
Life is better only to the extent we allow it to be. No one is insignificant. Every little bit helps and that is one amazing thing 
Always ask yourself: 'What would the world miss if i wasn't born?'. Don't be a spectator. Don't be a secondary character in your life's story.
