Given the rapid acceleration of sea-level rise, does it make sense to spend tens of billions of taxpayers’ dollars rebuilding wetlands that might be submerged again in 30 or 40 years?
Interesting article about sea level rise and coastal restoration in South Louisiana. I think sea level rise is not going to be as bad as some are saying, so the answer to the question above is no. Continue with coastal restoration, the Louisiana coast will not be under water.
