Bicycle riding/ cycling!
Although it's been long I rode a bike but bicycle riding (cycling) has always been helpful, especially when I come back tired and all I go for a ride, especially then when I was in school and school stress was weighing on me. It was one of the ways I relieve myself of stress. Yeah, I have someone who sat me down and was like this things you're doing is not right you can't be stressing yourself to relieve yourself of stress the person even went ahead to call me a psychopath and I understand that part perfectly but others might not believe it,I tend to ease stress quickly like that and it's not during the day it has to be in the evening where the breeze is cool everywhere is calm and then there's basically no bike or whatever on the road. Although in my school the highway is clear at night, in the evening because basically everybody has gone home students have gone lecturers they have all gone home and all.
When I go cycling I don't just go cycling like that because I want to go cycling I go with my earphone so I can play music and sing along and scream as if there are no worries anywhere basically I just want to do things as if there's no worry in this world nothing is worrying me nothing is troubling me that way I tend to ease stress faster. If I said okay I don't want to ride a bike maybe I was tired from yesterday's cycling. I'll just dance basically what I do is I do strenuous activities to ease myself of stressed that's what I basically do and it helps a lot you might see me as different from others but it's helps me a lot that's my technique when I feel down I feel stress because after the whole exercise I will just sleep off and then the next day I'll be as fresh and brand new to go for another new day.
