Hi Hi!!! It was a crazy weekend that I lived visiting one of the most beautiful islands in Portugal, it is called Berlenga, basically it is an archipelago, to get here I had to travel to Cavo Carvoeiro, sleep in a hotel to leave very early before the departure of the sun, take a fast boat! Foi um fim-de-semana louco que vivi visitando uma das ilhas mais bonitas de Portugal, chama-se Berlenga, basicamente é um arquipélago, para chegar aqui tive que viajar para Cavo Carvoeiro, dormir num hotel para sair muito cedo antes da partida do sol, pegue um barco rápido! STARTING POINT🙂😍🚩/PUNTO DE PARTIDA🌏🧭
We have two options to get to the island, we take the slow boat and it takes 40 minutes to get there or we pay a fast boat and we arrive in 20 minutes to the island, I discussed this with my wife and we reached the consensus of taking the fast boat and doing more extreme adventure xD so let's get on board!🤣😂😏😏😮😮😮
Temos duas opções para chegar à ilha, pegamos o barco lento e demoramos 40 minutos para chegar lá ou pagamos um barco rápido e chegamos na ilha em 20 minutos, conversei com minha esposa e chegamos ao consenso de pegar o barco rápido e fazer a aventura mais radical xD, então vamos embarcar!😅🤣
I could already see on my wife's face that she was scared hahahha, it was the first time that she was in the front of a high speed boat! xD was a super funny story because when the boat went through a high wave it jumped to the point that it looked like it was going to sink hahahaha!😮😮
Já pude ver no rosto da minha esposa que ela estava assustada hahahha, era a primeira vez que ela estava na frente de um barco de alta velocidade! xD foi uma história super divertida porque quando o barco passou por uma onda alta pulou a ponto de parecer que ia afundar hahahaha!😲🤣
It was a somewhat expensive tour here if I tell you that you must be prepared to spend more than 200 euros just to go to the island, visit it, do 2 tours, not including food! good as they say over there the quality is expensive !!!😍😍

The island has many ecological and natural things to see and learn from! my interest as an ornithologist was to know some seagull chicks which are difficult to see xD, that's why we paid for a 15euros tour to learn about the ecology of the island! A ilha tem muitas coisas ecológicas e naturais para ver e aprender! meu interesse como ornitólogo era conhecer alguns filhotes de gaivota que são difíceis de ver xD, por isso pagamos uma excursão de 15 euros para aprender sobre a ecologia da ilha! Queria ver tudo o que ele tinha para me oferecer! Também pagamos um passeio pelas cavernas da ilha em um barco com fundo de vidro para ver o fundo do mar!😍😍
While traveling on the boat, something happened to me that had never happened before! Enquanto viajava no barco, aconteceu-me algo que nunca tinha acontecido antes! E é que senti um momento de paz foi ótimo, tanto que senti que ia dormir, foi como um alto e baixo de sensações, um tiro na minha adrenalina quando o barco saltou e outro quando meu corpo pegou acostumado com as ondas! Eu realmente recomendo fazer isso se quiser liberar a tensão em sua rotina!😮🤩🤩
In the distance I could already see some islands looming on the horizon, well it was a sign that I was close to reaching my destination hahaha it was funny because my wife was already dizzy! xD so good they were pure laughter from side to side hahaha! SUDDENLY OUR GUIDE TOLD US THE BOATS STOPPED SO THERE MUST BE SOME DOLPHINS ..... AND THERE AT THAT POINT I ALMOST HAD AN ORGASM!😍😍
Ao longe eu já podia ver algumas ilhas aparecendo no horizonte, bem era um sinal de que eu estava perto de chegar ao meu destino hahaha foi engraçado porque minha esposa já estava tonta! xD tão bom que eram pura risada de um lado para o outro hahaha! DE REPENTE NOSSO GUIA DISSE-NOS QUE OS BARCOS PARARAM POR ISSO DEVE SER ALGUNS GOLFINHOS ... E AQUI AQUELE PONTO EU QUASE TIVE UM ORGASMO!😮😨😨
And something extraordinary happened in the last photo you can see a silhouette of a dolphin although I was with the 300mm lens I could not photograph it as I wanted since it happened very quickly! xD but it was a brutal experience, can you imagine on your first walk to this beautiful island running into some dolphins?😎😎

LAND IN SIGHT!🙂😍🚩/TIERRA A LA VISTA🌏🧭
In the distance I could see a small lighthouse that peeked out from the granite land, I read that the island was known for being a fishing site so the government built some houses that are like a free hotel for fishermen who in fishing season they stay in these rooms to spend the night and be much more comfortable! but if you like extreme things then the island gives you the possibility to rent one of these rooms!😍😍
Ao longe pude ver um pequeno farol que espreitava do terreno de granito, li que a ilha era conhecida por ser um local de pesca, então o governo construiu algumas casas que são como um hotel gratuito para os pescadores que na temporada de pesca ficam. esses quartos para passar a noite e ficar muito mais confortável! mas se gosta de coisas extremas, a ilha dá-lhe a possibilidade de alugar um destes quartos!😮😮

While I was walking on my tour, the young guide explained to us that rats came to the island many years ago and that in a short period of time the island was infested with rats! so they had to set traps, since there were people who did camping and saw rats the size of a rabbit walking around! xD wtf hahahha! There are no cats on the island, they are forbidden, there is only one dog and he is the lighthouse keeper! It is forbidden to enter animals on the island so as not to alter the ecosystem!😮😮
Enquanto eu caminhava em meu passeio, o jovem guia nos explicou que os ratos chegaram à ilha há muitos anos e que em um curto período de tempo a ilha estava infestada de ratos! então tiveram que armar armadilhas, já que tinha gente que acampava e via ratos do tamanho de um coelho andando por aí! xD wtf hahahha! Não há gatos na ilha, eles são proibidos, só há um cachorro e ele é o faroleiro! É proibido entrar animais na ilha para não alterar o ecossistema!😮👨🏫👨🎓

Nesta parte do passeio nosso guia nos explicou quando cada casa foi construída, de quem eram, e nos conta uma história muito engraçada, existe uma casa que se chama "LOS TRES AMIGOS" é uma história de 3 pessoas que decidiram construir uma casa de férias para que eles dividissem as despesas e construíssem uma casa aqui na ilha, o problema é que quando o governo assume a ilha como patrimônio e reserva natural, a casa continua privada mas NÃO PODE SER VENDIDA xD e foi avaliada em 2 milhões de euros! INCRÍVEL, CERTO? atualmente a casa pertence a três famílias!👩👨👶👧👦
BERLENGA LIGHTHOUSE🙂😍🚩/FARO DE BERLENGA🌏🧭
The Berlenga lighthouse is one of the highest in Portugal, our guide told us that it was the one with the largest illumination radius in the country, I am not mistaken about 56 kilometers, it currently works and 3 people live in it because it must be activated manually , in this part is where lives the only dog on the island called "lighthouse" hahaha😮🐶
O farol da Berlenga é um dos mais altos de Portugal, o nosso guia disse-nos que tinha o maior raio de iluminação do país, não me engano uns 56 quilómetros, funciona actualmente e nele vivem 3 pessoas porque tem de ser activado manualmente, nesta parte é onde mora o único cachorro da ilha chamado "farol" hahaha🤣😂

We arrived at the final destination of our little tour, here in the photo you can see a fort, well like any fort it was built for military purposes, if you go online you can rent a room here and sleep on the island surrounded by the Atlantic! you can visit the fort with a small tour for only 2euros!🤩🤩
Chegamos ao destino final do nosso pequeno passeio, aqui na foto você pode ver um forte, assim como qualquer forte foi construído para fins militares, se você entrar na internet pode alugar um quarto aqui e dormir na ilha rodeada pelo Atlântico ! você pode visitar o forte com um pequeno passeio por apenas 2 euros!😗😗

For 20 euros more you can take a walk around the island with a boat with a glass floor was an interesting experience because you can see the different depths of the island, know some names of caves that have a certain resemblance to animals such as the cave of the "elephant" also eating them doing it because it gives them another perspective of the island!🤗🤩
Por mais 20 euros podes dar um passeio pela ilha com um barco com chão de vidro foi uma experiência interessante porque podes ver as diferentes profundidades da ilha, conhecer alguns nomes de grutas que têm uma certa semelhança com animais como a gruta de "elefante" também devorá-los porque lhes dá uma outra perspectiva da ilha!😮😮

Berlenga left me impressed by its beautiful landscapes, I did not come prepared to do diving or any aquatic activity but if you decide to come here on your vacation then you can equip yourself to do these activities and live a better experience! From all my travels around the world I give the tour 5/5 it was a beautiful activity, and I recommend doing it to all tourists!💥💖💖
