I had to do it!
Just before the weekend, our bathtub faucet broke. It took me stopping at four different stores to be able to find what I was looking for, but it was worth it to stick with the same kind of faucet that was the same size. I had to cut a hole in the wall in my daughters room to access the hookups, which led to also installing an access panel. Hopefully it'll never happen again, but if it does, at least I'll have easy access. Anyway, the new faucet looks great, and without flooding the house I got things repaired and swapped out. Go me!
