Recipe for chocolate cheesecake
Ingredients
- 100 grams of cookies maría
- 50 grams of melted butter
- 500 ml of milk
- 60 ml of whipping cream
- 1 cream cheese bar
- 300 grams of chocolate in bar
- 100 grams of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of grenetina
Preparation
Crush the cookies in the blender until a fine powder is obtained; Add the butter and process until integrated.
Lube a mold and add the cookie mixture, flatten to a layer and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Heat milk in a saucepan along with whipping cream, cheese and sugar. Add the chocolate and mix over medium heat until it melts.
Hydrate the grenetine with two tablespoons of water and reserve for 5 minutes. Add to the pot, wait for it to dissolve and mix until integrated.
Pour the mixture on the cookie base and refrigerate for a couple of hours until it sets completely.
Demolda and decorate to your liking.
