INGREDIENTS
4 or 5 blood sausages
2 apples
cannelloni
Cooking cream
Parmesan, mozzarella cheese
Butter
Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
The first thing we will do is cut the apples into small pieces, over a low heat with butter when they are golden, add the chopped black pudding and stir and add a little cream and simmer, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Then we cook the cannelloni, let it rest and stuff it with black pudding, place it in a baking dish, place a little butter in the bowl and the stuffed cannelloni on top, place mozzarella cheese and parmesan and bake it for 10 minutes that it is a little brown and ready to to serve.
For lovers of blood sausage I recommend it is a super easy recipe with different flavors since the apple gives the special touch, they can accompany it with any type of salad and a good wine.
