I’ve been looking properly at my Vinted statistics. Not guessing but actually looking.
And the numbers are very clear.

Men’s polo shirts and button down shirts sell fast.
I sold two Ralph Lauren shirts in under 24 hours with really good profit. That’s valuable information.
At the same time, I have a vintage women's jacket getting attention, likes, saves. And nothing happens. Because selling women’s clothing is complicated. The color has to be right. The cut has to be right. The mood has to be right. Everything has to click.

With men it seems much simpler. Good brand. Good condition. Fair price. Done.
So I think I need to accept what the numbers are telling me.
Focus on Ralph Lauren, Barbour, Massimo Dutti, Lacoste and similar brands. Quality menswear that people recognize and trust.
And then I asked myself where those fast selling shirts even came from. One flea market reseller.
So maybe the next step is building relationships. Buying the pieces they struggle to sell. Because I know I can present them well. I can take strong photos. That part is not a problem for me.
Actually, something interesting happened because my phone is almost dead. I stopped filming flea market videos and started posting photo carousels instead. And people really like them.

I do not even fully understand why, but they enjoy looking at the photos. The racks, the finds, the details. Even if they are not buying from me directly, maybe I am slowly building a reputation. Someone who knows flea markets. Someone who knows brands. Someone who knows Spain. Who knows where that leads.
It is also just fun to talk about flea markets with people who love them.
So I am narrowing things down.
For women, only jackets, handbags and vintage jewelry. That is it. For men, polos, button down shirts and watches.
Maybe I will check Adidas outlet for heavily discounted shoes in odd sizes. But no more children’s clothing. It is not worth the effort.
I actually deleted 100 listings from my Vinted. Anything that felt distracting is gone.
From now on, when someone opens my profile, it should feel curated. Clear. Not random jewelry, random dresses, random games mixed together. Just top quality items and that's it.

The video games and other bits can go to Wallapop. That makes more sense as the serious collectors are there and not in Vinted.
I do not have everything figured out yet. I am not completely sure how I will secure consistent stock.
But I know what is working.
And that is a much better place to start serious building than just guessing.
