3 months later and I'm having trouble with them - I've got an order I want to cancel, so I can withdraw my Vertcoin rather than sell it. In fact, I've decided, on the basis of this and what you say in your post, that I'm leaving Poloniex entirely as soon as possible. What nonsense. Their support structure is so slow it's ridiculous.
