Greetings, everyone!
I am here to share with you what I understood by being whole as a lady, being yourself, discovering your purpose, and every other thing you need to know as a lady growing to become a wife, most especially.
As soon as I finished my NYSC, I had a divine clarity to stay, which I was happy about. Being in my own house made me understand what wholeness means. It's all about knowing yourself, your purpose as you are here on earth, and being known for who you are, what you are, and what makes you outstanding.
Being whole is to be spiritually mature, emotionally mature, academically mature, career-wise, business-wise, and in every other aspect. Marriage doesn't fix you as a lady, it won't provide a job for you, it won't provide emotional support or stability what you need to do now is for you to fix those things and become whole. Be a woman of yourself and be well fixed, valuable, virtuous, Godly, and be presentable and acceptable.
Romans 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God is.
The bible says that we should present our bodies to God, every part of us must be to God first. From there, our Godly character, which carries the presence of God within, will attract favor from God and from men, particularly attracting your husband your way.
One day, I was scrolling through my Facebook reels and I stumbled upon a message preached by a woman of God. I stopped and listened to her to the end, and she said something about marriage that husbands and wives learn Christ in marriage. Inside there, you will learn love, patience, forgiveness, perseverance, long-suffering, peace, joy, kindness, compassion, and faithfulness,, and even more. It is a must that you experience all these things. Inside the marriage, your husband or wife will offend or make you angry, what should you do, you forgive and love. Both of you must become Christ for the marriage to work.
In all, you need Christ as a lady to become whole and you need Him to make your marriage work. Nobody will work it out for you but both parties.
