Coco
Shredded brown paper
Milk
Lemon zest
ELABORATION
To make this recipe for canned coconut and paper, the pulp is first extracted from the coconuts, the inner shell is removed and the coconut is grated.
Knead all these dry ingredients with coconut milk until you get a uniform dough and let it cook until it boils constantly stirring so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pot.
The preparation is poured in a wet tray, the mixture is left to rest and then the coconut and paper pieces can be cut into squares, rectangles or rhombuses.
