Bringing in a 1000 $ per month
Sometimes in life, you have to set goals. And I have been thinking about this one for a while now, but I got it figured out. Hive is a long term plan, but I have set a short term goal that sounds delicious to me.
As an investment broker, I deal with investments for customers daily, and also for myself. I have decent funds portfolio, and of course a crypto portfolio. But I want to enrich that substantially. So I have set a goal for the quite short term through Hive. Let me enlighten you.
I want to stack enough HP so that I get a monthly return of around 1000 USD from curating and posting. This 1000 dollars, I would split into 3 parts, 250 USD gets powered up into Hive, 250 USD gets invested into other crypto projects, and 500 USD I would use to invest in investment funds through my own expertise. If I could achieve that within the next 2 years, that would me amazing. And it would make life a lot more comfortable living. With such an extra income.
As an investment broker I know first hand that spreading risk is key. So, I have chosen this break up, as it is possible to spread my money around so much, that return is inevitable. And the security of my funds is quite safe. To the contrary, it is perfectly possible to double your money in 7 years through investment funds without taking too big risks. And the risk is by this way completely into the crypto part of my investing. Of which I am quite confident, that the risk is much lower than most people think, as crypto is here to stay and thrive. As long as you stay away from the pump and dump schemes and meme coins, and you name it.
500000 $ in 10 years
According to my calculations, as Hive price should rise substantially, and my stake should too. Together with my investments in investment funds. It should be possible to accumulate between 500k and a million USD in ten years. That sounds a lot, but it would only take Hive to rise times 3, and the current growth of my account to keep going. That would settle for 500k easily. But who knows where the price of Hive goes in the future...
Anyway, it sounds like a good plan to me. So, I will keep on posting and curating as a did before, and take advantage of the great opportunities that keep coming on this blockchain, like the SPK airdrop, the SPS airdrop, and the upcoming Ragnarok airdrop. And in the meanwhile, we keep on stacking. And by that, 50k HP in two years, should be definitely possible. From then on, the sky is the limit!
