Buenas noches,luego de esperar tanto tiempo después de sembrar mucho.maiz y de no contar con mucha agua y tampoco llovió mi esposo pudo recolectar unas pocas mazorcas las cuales fueron signo de alegría aunque esperaba una gran cosecha pero todo el maíz lo daño el fuerte sol que cayó sobre ellos. Para el pico riego un amigo que es agricultor también facilitaba un poco de agua con unos chisperos y así pudo cosechar este poquito de maíz.
Al traerlo yo dedique a pelarlas lo cual dió muchas hojas para las pocas mazorcas,luego mi esposo como tiene mejor agilidad para desgranar lo hizo con un cuchillo y fue un trabajo rápido,luego de tenerlo en el caldero lo coloque en la nevera para hacer las cachapas mañana ya que hoy no dió tiempo Pero al hacerlas mañana se las estaré publicando.

Good evening, after waiting so long after planting a lot of corn and not having much water and no rain, my husband was able to harvest a few ears of corn, which was a sign of joy. Although he expected a great harvest, all the corn was damaged by the strong sun that beat down on them. For the peak, a friend who is a farmer also provided some water with some sparklers, and that's how he was able to harvest this little bit of corn.
When he brought it, I husked them, which yielded many leaves for the few ears. Then, since my husband is quicker at husking, he did it with a knife, and it was a quick job. After having it in the cauldron, I put it in the refrigerator to make the cachapas tomorrow, since there wasn't enough time today. But when I make them tomorrow, I'll post them.
