The number of followers isn't part of #MyHiveGoals, but I like celebrating these small things with others... I know, 1.4K isn't a lot compared to some other accounts on HIVE, but I'm happy to say that I know a lot of those people through engagement here, on the chain! Also, it's awesome to see engagement in the post and the personal progress of people following my account. Seeing that people are motivated, or inspired to create a post by reading some of my stuff is encouraging... Sometimes, I do have my doubts if my content is valuable enough if it helps someone, or if is it just garbage...

I don't know how your account is progressing, but I needed 6 months to add 100 followers to my account... I suck, I know... lol... I could probably do better if I created content every day, but I don't like to print posts for the sake of having daily posts... When I have something to share, (or to celebrate like in this case), I will do it...

"C'mon people... Nothing to see here..." 😃 NGU (Number Go Up) is still on the charts... Yes, that yellowish bar isn't 1K high, but still, it did contribute to the growth... 😃 For me, accumulation mode is still full on!
Btw. one interesting info... While I was checking this chart, I noticed that my curation rewards APR is around 8.20%, which is lower than it was last year... I have checked some other accounts and it looks like the APR went down a bit... I had a theory that it could go up as more people are powering down, waiting for the price to shoot up, but it looks like it didn't happen... The other theory, that could be right, is that some old accounts woke up and began to curate with their stake! I have noticed at least one big Whale account doing it, but we may have more than one account coming back...
Let's dive into exact numbers, 2 weeks after creating #MyHiveGoals for 2025... Of course, the most important goal is HivePower... It grew around 600 HP in 2 weeks, which means that I could accumulate a bit over 1.2K per month (#HivePUD excluded!)... As I need 20K to reach my yearly goal, that would mean that I should power up on #HivePUD at least 500 HIVE... It's not impossible as I was doing 1K for a long time, but it depends a lot on the HIVE price... So, we will see... Step by step...
My second goal could screw me up as it is kind of the opposite thing of growing HivePower... I saw a few people failing to reach their yearly goals because they had these two goals combined... The HivePower and the Staked HBD goal... I made some calculations when I created my goals, but you never know what could happen during the year... We began the year aggressively, but last week, Hive is retracing slowly... We will see when... Anyway, as I exchanged some HIVE on the way up, I had some liquid HBD in buy orders, waiting at some very low price, so I decided to release them and put them into savings... at least, they can work for accumulating more... 😃
My Hive Meetups goal will be a bit boring most of the time, but I did work on that goal too... It does show 0, but I bought a ticket for a meetup in Graz! I'm closer to my 1st meetup this year! 😃
Regarding my gaming goals, I'm working hard on lowering my ego in the Rising Star game... It is a very important metric if it is too high, it "eats" a lot of potential income from missions... I'm doing singing lessons, and for now, it worked out perfectly... Lowered my ego from over 30, to under 20... Because of all that, I think I will be able to open more packs than usual! That could help with this goal a lot... In the last 2 weeks, I have collected almost 900 cards... Btw. I'm also buying cheap cards from the markets regularly!
And the last goal is regarding the GolemOverlord game... A few days after the creation of #MyHiveGoals, I noticed that my rank went down... lol... I didn't think that I had created a goal that could go down... 😃 Anyway, I improved my ranking and at the moment, I'm at 381th place... That's great, but it will be hard to climb to 350... Maybe I underestimated this goal at the beginning...
Finally, these are my initial numbers and goals for 2025, created on January 5th, 2025...
