D-Tube Wednesday: stunning 360° view of lagoon on Holbox Island, Mexico

Welcome to my D-Tube Wednesday series where I share my videos taken at interesting places that I have visited during my travels.

Today, I will take you to one of the most beautiful and pristine islands of Mexico - the island of Holbox.

We spent two days at this fascinating place and got back home from there just yesterday (this is also why I haven´t been very active on Steem lately) so I am yet to go through all the photos I took there and make some cool posts about the island but today is my D-Tube Wednesday so let me show you at least a little video sample of what this place is about :)

I took this footage in a lagoon formed between the western coast of the island and a long sandbar that stretches all the way from the town up to the Playa Mosquito. The lagoon is very shallow and the water in there is super clear and warm. You can easily spend the whole day just hanging around and taking photos of this breathtaking piece of land and sea :)
