Hi there my Steemit friends and followers!
The weather has been very nice here in the Czech Republic recently so I have been spending as much time outside as I can. I have made several bike trips around the countryside here in the Moravian - Silesian Region of the country and I usually take my camera with me to snap some landscape shots for you.
Technically, it is still spring here - summer officially starts on June 21 - but the temperatures have been hovering around 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit) in the past couple of days so it does feel like summer already (hence the title of the post).
Most of the following photos were taken in woods as I really enjoy my "forest bathing" (that is actually an official term, you can find out more about it in this article ) but I have also visited beautiful marshlands outside the village of Radun (the fifth photo). The marshlands are a unique eco-system and a protected natural area consisting of five ponds and forests that are home to numerous animal species, most notably to many amphibians and reptiles.
