I'm at the end of week 3 of cutting body fat down. Small changes are noticeable, strenght is on point.
Pause front squat :
80/80/80 - 1-2 sec pause at the bottom
Conventional deadlift (beltless)
130/130/130/130 - 7x reps
Overhead press
60/60/60 - x5 reps
Close grip bench press
90/85/80 - x 9 reps
