My beltless PR deadlift from saturday gym session.
Today was very good training and done PR deadlift with PR ohp beltless one rep max.
Front squat easy 75% work session, typical for a hypertrophy
Bench press just solid 15 reps and OHP a little max out.
Today i ll eat like 3300-3400 calories, Current bodyweight around 85 kg! Bulking till Jun.
