🥇 Hiking the Pyrenees: Juclar Lakes by
Day three of our hike in the Pyrenees of Andorra started early in the morning after our breakfast at the Juclà Refuge. I found it to be a little hard to sleep that night because of the elevation, but nonetheless, I still woke up feeling rested. The refuge is situated in a picturesque location right next to "Lake Juclar Primer" and another slightly smaller lake cleverly called the "Second Lake of Juclar."Lake Juclar Primer is actually the largest lake in Andorra, which is a bit surprising to me considering how small it really was. But then again, Andorra is a very small country and it's very mountainous so it makes sense that its lakes would be small as well. I wouldn't be surprised at all if the lake was considered the prettiest in the country though.

🥈 MyTravelJournal#1 - Batu Caves, Beautiful and Sacred Place in Malaysia by
Last week, I spent time with my family in Malaysia. There were quite a few places we visited on that short vacation. One of the most memorable was Batu Caves which is located in the Gombak district, Selangor, Malaysia. The distance from our lodging is not too far, only about 15 minutes away by taxi within the city for 15MYR for 3 passengers.

🥉 Discovering the ancient ruins of the Olivetani Monastery, on Monte Venda (Padua, Italy). [ENG-ITA] by
Good morning and Happy New 2023 dear friends of Hive and Pinmapple! Today with my post I want to take you on an excursion through the beautiful Euganean Hills of Padua, Italy. It is a complex of hills with a height ranging from 300 to 600 meters, which rise in the middle of the Po Valley, are of ancient volcanic origin and thanks to this its soils are rich in nutrients and have a very rich flora and varied, with a notable presence of local fauna, such as deer, roe deer, wild boar, lynx and many others. Thanks to these characteristics, the entire territory of the Euganean Hills was the First Regional Park of the Veneto and the whole area is a nature reserve.
