" As soon as we got out of the car, we could see the canons that are characteristic of forts in and around Tobago. Our eyes though were immediately drawn by brilliant hues of red and green that shone in the Caribbean Sun. This was due to the crimson red flowers from these trees that were in full bloom! They were so mesmerizing and beautiful that I almost forgot about the canons and the sprawling vistas that being on a fort atop a hill provided!"

" Czechs love mountains no matter the season. Well, naysayers might say we donât actually have any proper ones, and I would agree â that is why we escape to the Alpes or at least the Tatras whenever we can. Still, the lower and less steep Czech mountains like the KrkonoĆĄe, the JesenĂky, or the Ć umava are top-notch for cross-country skiing. You can spend days on skis traveling from one to another across hundreds of kilometers of perfectly maintained âski highwaysâ. "

đ„ Finding Peace at the Beach | My Solo Trip to Bantayan Island by
" I arrived in Hagnaya, a port town in the north of Cebu early in the morning. Getting to Bantayan Island requires riding a ferry that takes about an hour. Looking out the window, my spirits were up upon seeing that the weather was perfect for a solo beach getaway despite being in the middle of December."
