Because even on vacation, a gamer needs her fix!
So yesterday was day 2 of our vacation!
This picture was taken in the Jungle Dome, but I took so many pictures there, that's a story for another post.
We have breakfast buffet every morning of our vacation, so after we woke up, we walked towards the center for breakfast.
Like most Center Parcs parks, this one has cottages in the middle of lots of beautiful nature aswell.
There's free basic wifi all over the park and that means... Pokemon Go!
I don't play it a lot, because I don't use data on my phone. I have a prepaid phone and don't feel like paying a monthly expensive fee for internet, so I'm dependant on wifi.
With free wifi all over the park, I get to breed out my eggs (by walking) and capture pokemon too! Also, there's a couple of pokestops all over the place, so I can stock up on new pokeballs.
So during our walk over to breakfast, I managed to grab a couple of pokestops!
Then, we had breakfast. I had lots of different, yummie things and orange juice for drinks.
After breakfast, we were going to go to the Jungle Dome. On the way over there though, there were pokestops and pokemon gyms!
We still had a little bit of time to kill, so we stopped at the gyms and captured them all. This was the first time I was actually able to fight at a gym, so that was fun! My very first pokemon battle!
It all happened at the lighthouse gym:
After that, it was Jungle Dome time. I'll share those pictures with you later.
Then, back to the cottage for a bit, after which we walked back to the center for lunch. We had fresh mint tea and my boyfriend had pulled pork:
I wasn't that hungry yet, so I went for chocolate pie, which was soooo tasty:
We took a detour while walking back to the cottage.
In the evening, we wanted to go to the grill restaurant, but found that it wasn't open on tuesday. So we decided to go for the buffet dinner instead. Soooo we walked back to the center!
I had so much tasty food, and this dessert was the best ending to a nice meal:
Ice with warm cherries. It does not get much more delicious than this!
We had a nice slow evening in front of the tv again with some phone games, and that was our relaxing second day of our vacation.
