Tasty avocado banana pudding by @glowbeauty

This was a recipe I was going to try quickly!

Our very own new Steemian Hive account@glowbeauty shared a tasty looking avocado banana pudding recipe with us yesterday. Knowing how well avocado works in a dessert (chocolate mousse), I was eager to try this. As luck would have it, I still had an avocado lying around.

Hive account@glowbeauty's recipe calls for a bit of ginger, but my blender does not enjoy trying to cut through ginger. She told me I could always just add a bit of ginger powder instead, so that's what I did! I threw together the ingredients and this is the result:

Ofcourse, my boyfriend had to call it 'baby poop' again, but that was right before he ate it all.

I loved the taste! The avocado makes it all super smooth and silky and the banana adds plenty of sweetness! If you want to try this, go give her recipe post a little visit. Actually, go give her a visit either way, because she's new. Give her a warm welcome!
