Trenta valley in Slovenia is located in the heart of Triglav National Park. It is one of the country most popular tourist destinations located near the border with Italy.

Emerald river called Soca

The river Soca has a distinct emerald green colour and is probably the most beautiful river in Europe. With many waterfalls and cascades it formed through thousands of years amazing canyons and pools.

The green colour of the river intensifies further along the river to the deep shade of emerald.
