Doing some walking / jogging / running by alternating between the three. Mainly walking, to get back into the swing of things ready to restart C25K.
Discovered a fair bit of tightness in the groin and inner thigh that was hard to ease out of. I'll need to go carefully with that at first for the next few outings.
