Hello Everyone 👋,
TGIF and a very warm welcome to my report. I feel like this week has gone by so fast 💨. It was another early start for me as I pursued an automaticwin. I was out at dawn walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood.
After that awesome session 👌 I rushed back home to get ready for work. A few minutes later I was on the commute collecting even more steps 🙌
At the office the day was fantastic, keep in mind it's a Friday. It was quite busy but happy day.
Lunchtime was characterized by a little bit of stepping 👣
The afternoon shift flew by and I gladly commuted back home. At home I rested and got ready for the usual sunset walk.
That happened in the neighborhood ending up at shopping center where I got some dinner supplies.
I finished off my activities recording the seven77 pushups 💪. Today was day 100 and even though I was tired I pushed through 😎. Video coming up on twitter and my blog shortly
