Hello everyone in thibeautiful community.
I am glad to be here and to share my work with you all.
My client called me on Wednesday to know if i was through with her dress.

Truthfully i had forgotten about it because i was hoping she wouldn't pick it up this week.
Hence,i decided to work on it yesterday.

Here are the fabric i used
- vintage fabric and a plain colour fabric
- scissors
- measuring tape
- chalk.

Next steps
Fot the upper part of the dress i cut out the front and the back side of it by using the measurements of the half length, shoulder burst, understand burst and waist.
For the neck, i choosed a round neck design for it and i made a little slit of two and a half inches on the front.

Next step
I choosed one and a half for zip allowance and cut it out.

Next step
I decided to create a design for the neck side of it just to make it beautiful.
I used the vintage fabric i had used for the down part of the dress to make the overlap.

I didn't want it to be so big,but at least something moderate.

Next step
Next step was for the sleeve,i choosed a basic sleeve, short sleeve.i took my sleeve length.

Next step
For the down part of the dress i choosed to cut it out as a flare.
I took the full measurements and i also subtracted the half length from it ,took the waist measurement and for the back side i included two inches allowance.
Finally,
I sew everything together and the flare gown was ready..
