Julley Everyone,
Finally, the winter season it just came like a breeze and we have been also waiting for this particular season as this is what the Himalayas typically is for Himalayas that it’s known and finally my friends day was the time it was the perfect moment. I would say when we got this opportunity to explore and drive all the way beyond the Kullu Valley. Not sure about that what the place was called, but it was rightly just behind the left Bank of blue Valley, all the Way to Manali, and it was the other side on Spiti Road and I decided to share these photographs with you guys and thought. Why not to share these beautiful moments with you guys and take you guys along with me this journey.
Later in the afternoon, we finally made it all the way driving for about five hours continuously and finally ended up at this place. The temperature it was somewhere near about 3°C and it was the fresh snowfall that took place when we reached. It was not a lot, but just few inches and made everything white like a snow paradise, but it even was a risky task driving that makes it really very slippery, but all together we were lucky enough that the snow was not on the road till now as it was just very little, but all together it was just a whole lot of a different experience that we had on driving through these mountains, the frozen mountains that truly felt like that they were frozen or something that made me wonder about even naming the title of the post.
We could clearly see the mountain and the whole mountain range as the snowfall was still going on at the higher altitude in the same mountain. As we were closer to the river. It was less snow as compare to the top and slowly the weather also got cleared up as we came all the way just driving and experience these beautiful moments in the Himalayas. It had been near about an hour since we were driving by through these Tiny little trails, very narrow, but rightly built by the side of the mountain, as also the altitude was so high and the place is being so remote and isolate.
As we were driving by, I decided why not to go and explore this beautiful Valley a bit more, so we were driving by and finally the weather also got cleared, but the condition of the road. It was all mud on the road and we could see the sky getting cleared up, but the top of the mountain it was snowing heavily.
It was just a whole mountain formed up of rocks and stones and also as per what I saw it like to be a glacier at the top through which they used to originate. These beautiful waterfalls that now at this particular time were dry, but truly, it was the part of the nature, and seeing this type of vegetation, this type of geographical locations or something a whole lot of a different experience.
Also, my friends driving through such narrow trails. It was really a tough job, and I also got to know that this road went all the way to Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh through Spiti Valley. And also the HRTC Bus, it’s the route to the bus. And a huge bus drives by and all the stops maybe for the time when the road is even closed to the normal vehicles in the winter season, the place experiences quite a lot of snow during the winter season.
Every different turn, every different curve that we went through just bought us to a whole lot of a different view, a whole lot of a different perspective and landscape as it fell like. It was a whole lot of a different world and we are just driving by through just as a piece of nature altogether.
Another thing that I waited for it, was that a friend of mine told me about the himalayan Ibex that is native to this place, and we usually see the Ibex at this place, and that is once in a while moment, my friends, as they are quite rare, even in the Himalayas, and seeing the wildlife was also once in a while moment, I was looking for, but haven’t found any as usually in the winter season, the Ibex and other wild animals usually come to a lower altitude place, and this was the perfect season to spot there, one hour, winter wildlife expedition in the winter season at the place and around that usually explore the wildlife in the winter season and capture the beauty of the wildlife.
Just wondering why it had been near about more than 3 1/2 hours that we were wondering around, stopping the car by the side, capturing these photographs and enjoying the whole moment. I have captured all of these photographs using my Apple iPhone 12 mobile phone and edited them using iPhone photo editor. Do let me know my friends photographs you like the most in the comment section, and I would love to hear it from you.
Thanks for your precious time. 🙏
Love from the Himalayas. ❤️
