Today’s recipe calls for just two humble ingredients: jaggery and wheat flour. I'm going to prepare a delicious treat using them. Materials Used.
1 Cup of wheat flour.
2 Cup of water.
2 Teaspoon of sugar.
Grated jagged 150g.
2 Tablespoon of Coconut oil.
The cooking process as follows.
Place a pot on the stove and add 2 cups of water, 2 Tablespoons of sugar, and some grated jaggery. Stir well until everything is fully dissolved. Once the mixture has melted and combined, remove it from the heat.
Now strain the mixture.
Now place a pan on the stove again, add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and heat it. Then add the wheat flour and roast it well.
Now add the jaggery mixture to the roasted wheat flour and stir well until it thickens properly. Keep stirring until it reaches the desired consistency.
Finally, once the mixture reaches the desired thickness, transfer it to a greased tray. Let it cool completely, then cut it into pieces and serve.
