Hello and Welcome back to my blog!
A new hunter arrived at the plains of Silver Ridge Peaks hunting reserves. She was given the instructions to kill any moving thing on the map, excluding her companion dog and her Sensei's too.
Who was this fresh blood you may ask? But all you have to know is her raw hunger for blood and flesh.
But why she was this desperate? The reason was just more money! Why more? To buy better gear and kill bigger game...simple!
She was new to this land yet she showed enough courage and resilience. Her Sensei was constantly bombarding her with all sorts of instructions. Do that... Do this... Don't run... Don't make this much noise...Why you are not running now...focus on the game, not on me... Pick that up...Switch to that bullet...Lay down...Why are you stupid, etc. xD
The master hunter was not sure how much she was grasping it but one thing was certain, they both loved the views! Wanna see?
They started with some easier kills, Turkeys for the Turkish girl! What a coincidence. Poor Turkeys had no chance of escaping a master hunter and his disciple. Both of them barraged them with bullets and when the silence returned a few dead turkeys were left soaked in blood.
That was a good start for the session but these don't sell for much, they are just birds after all. They needed a bigger game and what could be better than a massive unit like a bear? Well, it wasn't that massive.
It was a young and lonely female trying to have some peaceful time with herself hiding well behind the treeline. But even those trees couldn't hide her from Master Hunter's eyes and he commanded his disciple to take the shot.
This new hunter had a good lung shot on this resting beast which was a fatal wound that killed her quickly. Master Hunter was impressed by this perfect lung shot and this kill gave the much-needed cash and confidence both of them needed.
They decided to hunt an even bigger game this time and there was a perfect candidate nearby, a Plains Bison. These are the real beasts that can be more deadly than bears. And the best place to find them is close to a water source, a lake would be a nice hotspot for them.
These proved to be a good target practice for budding hunters. After some "technical" difficulties she managed to shoot down a couple of them. These are such tanky creatures, one of them took like 5 shots from both of them to die. And some are very aggressive too.
Our new hunter still needs more courage against facing a raging Bison. Master Hunter had to finish off one of the aggressive ones for her.
Look at her posing next to her trophy kill. She still needs to learn better poses though, these are getting repetitive now.
The views were breathtaking and deserved more attention than they could spare.
After some success, master hunters felt more confident and allowed her to be the leader now. She was the one who was responsible for doing everything now from spotting an animal to shooting and tracking it down.
She spotted some Pronghorns and more Turkeys. The master hunter grew impatient and helped her with the kills. She needs better equipment, especially better scopes and rifles to shoot at longer distances accurately. But other than that she is doing fine and gained good hunting skills.
Master Hunter is proud of his new recruit. He believes she will be a great hunter in no time. The only things she now required were some weapon skills and better gear.
She already has the endurance of a horse. If you don't believe me, see this next photo of her lifting the master hunter on her shoulder like nothing! Like how many could really do that sh*t?
They both enjoyed this session and can't wait for the next one.
This was the tale of a new and budding hunter 🖤, based on the events that took place during our latest session of our theHunter: Call of the Wild. I hope you enjoyed it!

Until next hunt...
